My Car Is Back

I got my car back a few days ago. It was covered by dust, presumably from being in impound for 16 days, but otherwise no damage. The total charge came to $210. As requested, the invoice was faxed to my attorney, and he's working on going after them to recover my money.

In the meantime, I emailed the property manager to let her know what was going on. I was surprised that she wasn't more upset than she appeared to be. She replied to my email (which surprised me) with more conflicting information. This time, she says that she discussed the situation with the board of directors during the March meeting and they decided to tow my vehicle.

So this raises two very important questions. The first is, if my vehicle was towed intentionally, then why did she earlier tell me that she didn't know why the vehicle was towed and that she was going to call the towing company to find out what happened? The second is, how was she instructed by the board to have my vehicle towed during their meeting on 3/8 when the vehicle was towed on 3/5? Did she have a Delorean that flickered and left fire-tracks once it hit 88 miles per hour?

Something more is going on here, and I think the best way for me to find out is to attend the board meeting in April.
